Sunday Supper...An Apology

What a weekend...had a blast at the lake with good friends...We went up early and did some work...I started on my Sunday Supper post early...wanted to be prepared...stayed up late Friday night...got up early Saturday and was going to finish it before our guests arrived...the computer did something crazy and I lost all of the images and everything that I had loaded just as I was ready to hit the publish button...there was not time to start over...
That's just the way it goes sometimes...oh well.
Here's the wonderful Baja chicken we enjoyed for lunch...
Had planned to share pics and recipes for the entire weekend...things just don't always go as planned...got to get back to my real job now...behind on that as well with taking the extra day off last week...see you back here soon.

That's what summer is all about! Enjoy these last weeks of the season.
The salad looks delicious and with the heat that has finally hit our area, we'll need to be fixing salads over menus that require heat.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that has that happen! We've been so busy moving our son to Auburn and now our daughter to New Orleans that I can barely even sit down to read some of my favorite blogs! I'm missing it terribly! This chicken looks divine! I hope you had fun at the lake! Hopefully life will slow down pretty soon and we can all get back in a normal routine….whatever that is!
